1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EstheticSense (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the Service, or using the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations.

4. Data & Privacy

The Service processes business and client data to provide functionality such as scheduling, staff management, and reporting. Access to data is governed by your role and permissions within your tenant.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and performant, but the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
