Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of an EstheticSense account and related data. If you are a client of a business that uses EstheticSense, your profile data is managed by that business.

1. Who can request deletion

  • Business owners/admins: may request deletion of a tenant account.
  • Staff users: may request removal of their user access from their tenant admin.
  • Business clients: should send deletion requests directly to the business they booked with.

2. How to submit a deletion request

  1. Email support@estheticsense.com from your account email.
  2. Use subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include business name, account email, and requested scope (user-only vs full tenant deletion).
  4. Our team will confirm identity and send next-step confirmation before irreversible deletion.

3. Verification and processing time

We verify identity before processing any deletion request. Most valid requests are processed within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer if legal, security, financial, or fraud-prevention review is required.

4. What is deleted

  • Direct account access and authentication credentials are removed.
  • Associated operational data is deleted or anonymized according to internal retention schedules.
  • Data in backups is removed on backup rotation cycles.

5. What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for the minimum period required by law or legitimate compliance needs, such as tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations.
