Running Reports

  1. Go to Reports in the main menu
  2. Select Memberships category
  3. Choose your report
  4. Set filters (date range, location, plan)
  5. Click Generate

Reports run in the background and download as Excel files.

Pro Tips

Weekly rhythm: Check Past Due daily, Expiring Credits weekly, and MRR monthly for a healthy reporting cadence.

Act on Expiring Credits: Members with expiring credits are your warmest leads for booking. A quick call or text can fill your schedule.

Track trends: Single data points don't tell the story. Export MRR and Churn monthly to see trends over time.
